Rules and Regulations:

Bingo field will be a field consisting 2-foot squares within a 100-foot by 120 foot area or 50-by-60 squares field located at 6520 Tenaya Way — the home of the UNLV Girls Rodeo Team — about 1.5 miles south of Arbor View High School. A legend for marked squares will be kept posted at the event.

Each square yard represents a “land deed parcel” (total of 3,000), which corresponds to each number ticket (0001 to 3000)

Each “land deed parcel” (ticket) requires a $10 donation.

Tickets will be sold by both adult parents and student.

All parcels are numbered at random by computer prior to starting. A chart will display the parcels during the Cow Chip Bingo Game. Two judges will determine the winning lots. Individual squares will not be marked on the field.

At approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2010, three cows will be released onto the marked 100-by-120 foot field.

The first three “plops” are measured and recorded.

Once each parcel has been located on the corresponding numbered chart, the winnings are paid as follows based on selling all 3,000 land deed parcels (tickets):

1st Plop : $500
2nd Plop: $750
3rd Plop: $1,000
Cash Prizes amount based on parcels sold

If lesss than 50% of all deeds are not sold, the winning prizes will be reduced by at the descretion of the AVHS Band Booster Board.

If the “cow chip” lands on bordering parcels (on the line), the prize money will be divided equally among the owners of all affected parcels regardless of the volume on each parcel.

If the “cow chip” lands on an unsold lot, the measurement will move one lot north and clockwise to find a winner.

Winners need not be present to win. Must be over 21 to receive prize money.
